Planning, Coordination and Monitoring Unit

Planning, Coordination and Monitoring Unit  is responsible for determining plans, programs and strategies for the development of the region and monitoring and evaluating support programs carried out within the framework of regional plans and programs. The main duties of the unit are to collect data on the region, to prepare plans and programs on a regional basis with the contribution of local actors, to successfully implement supported programs, projects and activities by monitoring them in accordance with legislation and procedures, and to deal with the problems and needs of the beneficiaries.
