Monitoring and Evaluation Unit

The Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (MEU) is responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the grant programs run with projects and operations sponsored by the agency within the framework of regional plans and programs. Makes sure resources allocated to the agency are used in accordance with regional plans and operational programs and that sponsorship operations are regularly monitored in order to ensure more productive, effective and sustainable results are obtained. The MEU is closely involved with the successful implementation of sponsored projects and operations, the monitoring of adherence to legislations and procedures, as well as the issues and needs of beneficiaries. The MEU is also responsible for providing beneficiaries with training on subjects such as project/operation application and purchasing procedures, using the monitoring information system and reporting.
